We Gathered in Ankara to Evaluate the TürkTraktör’s Miracles of Sprouts Technology and Innovation Perspectives Training Program!
In March 2022, we launched the “Miracles of Sprouts Technology and Innovation” project with TürkTraktör to provide perspectives training to 4,000 female students within a year, and to promote gender equality in the field of technology and innovation. The project was interrupted by the earthquake disaster in southeastern Türkiye, which started on February 6. After our intense efforts in the earthquake area as an association, we continued our sessions in March.
To this date, with the perspectives training programs we have organized all over Türkiye, we have achieved significant success on behalf of TürkTraktör. After reviewing the project reports, we had the opportunity to meet with the female experts working at TürkTraktör. Our Founding President, Zehra Öney, particularly shook hands with the women working in the production department and congratulated them for pursuing careers in technology as women. Every woman we met and spoke to at TürkTraktör renewed our hopes for achieving gender equality in Türkiye.

We have no doubt that the “Miracles of Sprouts Technology and Innovation” project will continue to empower our women. As always, we are determined to educate many more women in the field of technology, and continue our efforts for gender equality and women’s empowerment. We sincerely hope that our endeavors will add value to Türkiye’s future because we firmly believe that women in technology will be the solution to many of our current challenges in the world.
