Binance Türkiye and the Woman in Technology Association have joined forces to launch the Binance TR Woman in Technology Academy, aligning their strengths with the goal of providing a competent workforce and a technology-focused perspective to Türkiye.
Within the scope of the pilot project to be implemented in the Academy, 50 students in their fourth year of university or recent graduates will undergo an 6-week process of training in finance, technology, crypto, NFT, blockchain, digital wallets, cloud computing, and similar topics. Through this program, they will become sought-after young talents in the business world. Thus, the academy will not only increase women’s participation in the finance and technology sectors but also support the startup ecosystem and women entrepreneurs in Türkiye.
After a 3-week education period, students will participate in an Ideathon process, guided by facilitators, where they can practically apply their theoretical knowledge. The Ideathon process will last a total of 3 weeks, and the whole program will be completed in 6 weeks.
