Woman’s Touch in the Business World Project

The “Women’s Touch in the Business World” Project, developed in collaboration with the Woman in Technology Association (Wtech), The International Network for Business and Professional Women İzmir (BPW Izmir), The Association of Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen (ESİAD), and Izmir Institute of Technology (İYTE), aims to train 25 women in Data Analytics, who are studying in the STEM field throughout Türkiye, to increase their employability.

Participants will learn the correct cleaning, correction, organization methods, and visualization of data during the 40-hour training program. As a result, the project aims to increase the number of experts working in the field of data analytics, strengthening the strategic development and decision-making mechanisms of institutions and organizations in Türkiye. In addition, the project contributes to gender equality and the development of a technology-focused society in Türkiye.
