Education is one of the main focuses of the Woman in Technology Association in line with our mission. The association strives to train competent experts through its educational programs, empowering women with low motivation and limited opportunities to specialize and contribute to employment and production processes in science and technology.

The Education and Talent Management Committee (EDTM) oversees the education processes within Wtech Academy, branded education programs, and collaborations with the universities, as well as the public and private sector. Through its efforts, the committee organizes high-quality and impactful education programs that add value to Türkiye, and it conducts necessary activities to increase the employability of its graduates after the completion of education programs.
