Young Transformation Academy

In collaboration with the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TISK), and with technical support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), we have launched the Young Transformation Academy with the aim of training and empowering young technology experts in the field of information technologies for both the public and private sectors.

In the initial phase of the academy, which we opened with a 70% female student quota, we specialized over 150 predominantly young individuals in 6 different fields in information technologies, and placed them in the workforce. Ensuring that these young talents not only excel in technical areas but also embark on a successful professional career, we provided them with soft skill training in team management, presentation techniques, effective communication, and other essential skills that will propel them forward in the 21st-century professional world.
