Education is one of the main focuses of the Woman in Technology Association in line with our mission. The association strives to train competent experts through its educational programs, empowering women with low motivation and limited opportunities to specialize and contribute to employment and production processes in science and technology.

The Branded Training Programs and Projects Committee (BTPC) develops educational projects in collaboration with brands. The committee communicates with association’s corporate members constantly to understand their technology-related employment gaps, and aims to place graduates into employment and production processes by educating them as competent experts in the STEM field, aligned with the needs of the labor market and brands’ goals for gender equality in technology.
