We have undertaken various projects in the past, but the “Empowering Women for Digital Futures” Project with SAP has been one of the most beneficial and result-oriented projects we have carried out.”
“The Intelligence Has No Gender”
During the event, Hayriye Karadeniz, Deputy President of the Woman in Technology Association and Digital Products and Services Lead at Ford Otosan, participated in the panel titled “Inspiring Stories from Women Leaders.” When asked about the balance between motherhood and career, she responded by saying, “Everyone has their own unique story when it comes to career and motherhood. Therefore, each woman needs to understand and define her own passions, values, and what truly matters to her in life. Only then can she achieve a balance between career and motherhood. There are wonderful role models in this regard. Motherhood is not an obstacle; in fact, it is an empowering factor.”
She continued, “Throughout my career, I have had to work in many areas dominated by men. However, I believe that intelligence has no gender, and I have always acted accordingly. You dedicate your effort, intellect, heart, and the time left from taking care of your children to your work. Therefore, what you receive in return should be aligned with the values you cherish.”
