In collaboration with the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TISK)<\/a><\/span>, and with technical support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)<\/a><\/span>, we have launched the Young Transformation Academy with the aim of training and empowering young technology experts in the field of information technologies for both the public and private sectors.<\/span><\/p>

In the initial phase of the academy, which we opened with a 70% female student quota, we specialized over 150 predominantly young individuals in 6 different fields in information technologies, and placed them in the workforce. Ensuring that these young talents not only excel in technical areas but also embark on a successful professional career, we provided them with soft skill training in team management, presentation techniques, effective communication, and other essential skills that will propel them forward in the 21st-century professional world.<\/span><\/p>
