Through this program, they will become sought-after young talents in the business world. Thus, the academy will not only increase women&#8217;s participation in the finance and technology sectors but also support the startup ecosystem and women entrepreneurs in T\u00fcrkiye.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a 3-week education period, students will participate in an Ideathon process, guided by facilitators, where they can practically apply their theoretical knowledge.
