Today, the percentage of women working in STEM fields is below 30% globally. Bearing this in mind since 2019, the Woman in Technology Association aims to empower women working in science and technology, motivate them, increase the number of female professionals in this field, and contribute to T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;s technological strength by raising competent individuals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In line with this mission, the Woman in Technology Association creates a strong workforce that can steer innovation and R&amp;D through its educational programs, events and mentoring.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focusing on three pillars, Education, Sustainability, and Research &amp; Measurement, the Woman in Technology Association continues to work actively as a structure that includes over 160 leading companies from T\u00fcrkiye and around the world as corporate members.
